Julian, last delivery took *two* months (to Italy: Spain is somewhat nearer to MIS :-). It must be said that it spanned the Christmas period, so you may expect it to take a bit less, now. Anyway, I also had no luck whatsoever with emails to MIS: they must be overwhelmed. It remains to see if they only answer messages about fatal errors (i.e. wrong deliveries), and disregard warnings, or if they ignore emails altogether.
