RE: [Digital BW] MIS customer service

2002-02-25 by Alessandro Pardi

Julian,

last delivery took *two* months (to Italy: Spain is somewhat nearer to MIS
:-). It must be said that it spanned the Christmas period, so you may expect
it to take a bit less, now.
Anyway, I also had no luck whatsoever with emails to MIS: they must be
overwhelmed. It remains to see if they only answer messages about fatal
errors (i.e. wrong deliveries), and disregard warnings, or if they ignore
emails altogether.

Hi all, has anyone any horror stories re MIS service? I´ve been waiting
for inks for a month and my emails are not being answered. Should I
worry??
