Each time they promptly sent out the order and I had it in my hands a few days later. I had them send it to me US Postal Priority mail, a bargain at around $5 for the shipping. Mind you, I am in the States. Once they sent the wrong item, I phoned them and they quickly sent a replacement. I have E-mailed them with questions and those E-mails went unanswered. So if I have a question now, I just call them. -Jeff
