Digital BW, The Print

So I googled Light Impressions and found this interesting item : If the owner's name is Steve McGrew, from the California based company - Light Impressions,
the answer to all the problems people are having with them is here:

It seems they are deeply involved in litigation over patents on a Holographic process, to the point that Light Impressions is about to be, or perhaps already
is in bankruptcy court. Now I don't want to start rumors - this could be a coincidence of the same names with two different companies. However, if 
they're the same, one would guess there is little time or energy to pay much attention to the archival materials part of the company.

i have used light impressions for the last 20 years and never had a problem until the last 2-3 years. like you, i've had many fulfillment delays that have taken months to resolve.
