In addition, those of us who subscribe to and/or advertise with B&W might let the editor know that we'll withdraw our support by cancelling subscriptions or choosing other vehicles for advertising. I'm sure that being a "premium" magazine that is probably largely supported by subscriptions, B&W might look at the situation a bit differently if it realizes that at least some of its support comes from the very digital printmakers they are now alienating.
