I don't think of it as a warranty but I do stand behind the product I produce and sell. It is not always about just resolving one issue but MY reputation. I have been in business for over 30 years, this has always worked and still does. The client in this case has every right to question the print, I would, and do. If it is a defective paper issue I would also expect Hahnemuhle to stand up too. This is the only way we all stay professional. If I was the client I would be doing the same thing, the customer is 100% right on this one.
