My guess is that Vuescan expects 6x9 frame sizes for one reason or 
another. Maybe the 645 framesize is something you have to set manually 
in Vuescan for a Sprintscan 120 if the film carrier carries no code 
specific for 645. I am not familiar with the SS 120.
