On the first menu page: below the frame number, frame offset number, 
entries there is the frame spacing? entry (Dutch version here so I do 
not know the exact term). If you set that on say 45-46-47 mm you should 
get the extra frame numbers. I get them. Then make sure the frame size 
on the next menu page corresponds to your 645 frame size, they can vary 
per camera so it is possible you need the custom size entry. If you have 
done that and more fine tuning you can save the total of settings with a 
specific name for the camera.
