Mixing UT 14 Ink Set

My supply of inks for the UT14 ink set is running low. I'm planning to order the UT14 black, cyan and magenta inks from MIS. I have plenty of PR-CLEARBASE-PT. What is the correct dilution be to make up the light cyan and light magenta inks?
