UT14 K is Eboni. None of the ligher UT14 inks are dilute Eboni. The UT14 "color" position inks use MIS/InkSupply.com "amber" base. See http://www.inksupply.com/product-details.cfm?pn=ESC-BASEPT-UC The light inks -- LC and LM -- use 30% concentrate ink (C and M, respectively and 70% amber base. The UT14 Y is gloss optimizer, which is the same as the amber base. Since you have to buy the amber base from MIS/Inksupply.com, there is no savings from diluting your own.
