Re: [Digital BW] Cone inks. = Sundance

2002-03-29 by Martin Wesley

Hi Jo,

Someone correct me if I am wrong. I haven't seen that page before and I
suspect that it is fairly recent. So the mystery is gone, but within the
last year on the Piezo list they were posting that they were unwilling to
name the source of their inks.

Martin

Hi folks,

At:
http://www.piezography.com/bwtimeline.html

you can read:

2000 - PiezographyTBW.
ConeTech releases PiezographyTBW software and inks for
EPSON printers as an inexpensive desktop system,
PiezographyBW is an optical quality monochromatic system. In
sharp contrast to $123,000 IRIS 3047 printers, PiezographyT
BW works with $119 and higher EPSON printers. The
Photoshop plug-in software allows for direct use from the most
popular image editing software. A matched inks and software
system developed by Gary Rogers R9/Sundance companies.

So...no mysteries about the provenance of there inks as far as I
can see...
