It's still toxic. The dry powder is very fine, light, and can easily become
airborne with a bit of air movement. There's a significant risk of inhaling
some of the dust. That's why it's recommended that you mix the powder in a
well ventilated area, preferrably outdoors. The premixed liquid concentrate
elimates this concern.
