The liquid is less toxic in the sense only in the sense that it is diluted
and less likely to be inhaled. The danger in with working with the powder is
the chance of inhaling some. I do my measuring and mixing of the powder out
doors.

If you have any interest in using or working with pyro then I strongly
recommend that you don't proceed until you read the "Book of Pyro" by Gordon
Hutchings. He covers all the technical and safety issues very nicely.
