Although most of us love our 3000s, they are notorious for having paper feed and transport problems. You've encountered one of those problems. I usually print non-standard sizes and don't worry about the shortened prints. If it's critical, I guess you can resize the longitudinal dimension before sending the print to the printer. Tom
