In a show in Boulder Colorado in the eightties, I hand delivered a work, an 11 x 14 silver gelatin in an 16 x 20 frame with glass for a show. Someone broke the glass and it put a big ripping scratch across the print. I had to replace the print and re-frame. The gallery payed for the re-frame I think, but not the ruined print.<shrug> Jim H.
