Goshawk is being discontinued...besides it has poor blacks. Nature jet might also be worth a look. Its 100% rag but is loaded up with brighteners. It is cheap and has a similar hand to Goshawk (and poor blacks). What workflow are you using...piezo, epson or imageprint driver? For the epson driver there is nothing that beats the Eclipse Satine Soft White for price and performance for a 100% rag and OB free paper...its two sided (one smooth side and one medium rough side) as well. Unfortunately Cone doesn't have a piezo profile that works for this paper. For maximal dmax you have to go Hahnmuhle and their papers are expensive. If you buy in quantity you may be able to get them under $1/sheet...but their surfaces are delicate compared to Eclipse in my experience.
