Are you going to make your own cleaning solution or try and find
an alternate?
The pre- transport purge will suck out virtually all the ink in
the system but you will lose a lot of ink when you reprime. If the
problem is air the best thing to do is just let the printer sit idle
and wait for the air to dissipate- usually 24 hours.
