Well, as I said. If you read the various documents regarding intellectual copyright on Yahoo, you don't have the right to do what you are doing. You will be making money from the folk who post to the list - as I said in my last post - would you use someone's photos without permission? Have you asked Yahoo if you can use their archive? If you check their site they specifically ask to be informed of material posted to Yahoo appearing on other sites.
