Epson Site Evaluation (cross-posted)

2002-07-26 by bigheadbloggs

Greetings piezographers (color and bw),

I have a friend who has been hired by Epson to evaluate and possibly
recommend changes to their website. Her specialty is GUI consulting -
she is not a photographer, printer or computer guru. When I told her
about these lists that I belong too (a dedicated lurker) and how we are
huge Epson consumers and merciless critics, she got very excited at the
prospect of feedback from hard core consumers. I will point her to this
thread so she can be submerged in our world...

Basically: what do you like about Epson's current web site, what don't
you like, what would you like to see???

Below are the UNEDITED questions my friend gave me as a guidline... you
can answer them in order or you can free associate...

Thanks for responding. This is totally unofficial, by the way, but your
suggestions & critiques will help to improve their website.
