I should have added my $.02 in the original post. I told my friend that I find the site to be very easy to navigate, more so than the previous site, and that finding products, downloads, and even trouble shooting is pretty easy. However, I would like to see: 1) Better paper descriptions with more information and reference to name changes (such as the enhanced matte noting that it used to be EAM). I showed her the paper descriptions on the Media Street site. 2) An area to troubleshoot RIP issues. I know there is the Fiery site, but that is not the greatest site when it comes to troubleshooting. And, these $2000+ RIPs do have the Epson Logo on them!
