Did Epson Europe proceed along the same lines of using consultants to advise them on this issue? If so did they come to a different recommendation or did Epson ignore their recommendation? If the recommendation concerning the gray balancer S/W package by the European group was different - why so? While it is not unusual for slightly differences for products in different parts of the world the difference between the 2100 and the 2200 is a bit extreme.
