This Web page uses style sheets. If the style sheet font attribute is set to a fixed pixel size, re-sizing fonts via the browser will have no effect. In Internet Explorer, you can override style sheets by going into Internet Options and clicking on the Accessibility button. Then click the option to ignore font styles. Opera also lets you override style sheet settings. I haven't used Navigator in so long I don't know what it lets you do.
