Quick, silly question. What actually has to be added to a paper to enhance the blacks, like the Hahnemuhle papers have? If its the coating, what chemical would be in it that would allow for the deeper blacks? If anyone knows, why wouldn't they make their papers with the superior coatings that would allow these blacks?
