Jason,

This is happening with multiple images.

I thought of a driver reinstall but the more I study the problem the more it
seems like a printer/mechanical problem. Although the lines vary in spacing
they are dead on straight and parallel. The output is fine except for the
lines. And it seems to be getting worse.

Plus my other 3000 works fine with the same cpu/driver/cable.

I really wonder if it may be the death knell for the printhead??

Rick,

Is this happening with one particular image, or with everything? There have
been a couple of reports of mystery problems with Piezo that were only
solved by starting over with a fresh scan of the image.
