Jason, This is happening with multiple images. I thought of a driver reinstall but the more I study the problem the more it seems like a printer/mechanical problem. Although the lines vary in spacing they are dead on straight and parallel. The output is fine except for the lines. And it seems to be getting worse. Plus my other 3000 works fine with the same cpu/driver/cable. I really wonder if it may be the death knell for the printhead?? There have been a couple of reports of mystery problems with Piezo that were only solved by starting over with a fresh scan of the image. -Jason > -----Original Message----- > From: ricm95901 [mailto:rmurai@...] > Sent: Saturday, September 28, 2002 3:10 AM > To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [Digital BW] Black Lines (not banding) on 3000 - HELP > > > One of my 3000s has developed a black striping problem.
