Tim, The HPR is very, very close to the Torchon in base brightness but more neutral in color. More gray than cream. It is much smoother. Smoother than the Eclipse Satine. Not quite as smooth as EAM or LPM. The HPR would probably be very nice for warm toned duotones. You cabin image would work well on this. Use the Eclipse Satine for neutral to cool tones. The Eclipse is probably the better all around paper but probably has much more OBA and may not be as stable. Are you still working with the Epson inks? I had a hard time printing a color photo on the Satine on my wife's 1270.
