McGillicuddy, a couple of pointers (while waiting for others to jump in): - go to the MIS site for info on using the VM inks - if you are sending RGB data to the printer, you can use some of the functions of Photoshop 6 or 7 to preview using custom profiles. Too long to get into here, but look up a good book like "Real World Photoshop" to get some basic notions of color management . If your monitor is already calibrated and profiled, don't change that, just the preview/color setup in PS. You should be able to get a full grayscale to print. Eventually others here with experience using the VM inkset will hopefully come to the rescue! I have not used those inks myself.
