Mark, After looking at the Atlanta Roadtrip images for a while I noticed an artifact that shows up in a couple of images. That, along with Lawrence's reply had me thinking filter or Photoshop layer. Then I saw Colin's reply which seems to make a lot of sense. Thanks for the hint and the new images.
