I sincerely believe this world is going to hell in a hand basket. Only way to make money these days is to sell hand baskets. I'll call them, but if I don't get a satisfactory answer, I'll send my stuff in again, with arrows pointing to the date, and listing everything they wanted included for the rebate. It was all there. I'll send it registered and require someone sign it. If that fails, I'll see if I would stand a chance in small claims court. That's a hundred dollars!
