Bruce: It may be that your rollers need cleaning, but what you really need is a backing board of some kind. The best are made of foamcore board cut to the short dimension of the paper you are printing on. (For example, I have a 13x11 board that I use for both 11x17 and 13x19 paper.) Just put the backing board in behind the paper, and I think you'll find that your feed problems are history.
