Digital BW, The Print

The general gist of past posts to this and other lists seems to be: Try,
Try, Try Again when looking for an 1160. Yes, they are out of production,
but still people report them appearing on refurbdepot, Epson web site,
Auction sites (watch out for overpriced printers!) etc. They ARE out there.

Of course, this is all what I've read - there are still bucket loads of them
in the UK!

I'm wanting to set up for B&W and have been told that the best printer in
this size range is the Epson 1160.  They are out of production and I can't
seem to find a referb one.  Does anyone have advise on where I might locate
one of these?  I use a 1200 for color but think I want to try the curves
developed by people on the list for B&W so I need a 1160 or 1280, I'd prefer
the 1160 if I can find one.  What a great list!  Just what I've been looking
for.  Thanks.
