I for one; Initially because it's much cheaper, but continued doing it when I decied to come up with my own inkset. Also, I need to switch from color pigs to color dye to B&W. It's not a three hour proccess, though it is a nuisance. I vacuum-drain my empties when I don't feel like doing anything more productive, beats watching your printer head whip to-and-fro. Fill a couple ahead of time & let them settle a day or two; if you do it right you ALMOST forget what a pain it is before you have to do it again!
