The curves I downloaded for Boley are listed for Photo Rag. I didn't see any others out there. I've did try it on photo rag and it were indeed cold but I didn't see any crossover. I normally use the what looks like his cool neutral curve (the next one up). His instructions also call for setting the gamma in the printer for 2.2. Are these these same curves that you used on EEM?
