Hello group! I have been printing with moderate success over the last year using MIS-VM inks, an Epson 980, and either Legion Photo Matte paper or Epson Archival Matte (now re-named I believe). I received helpful suggestions from several of you in the past, particularly from Paul Roark, and settled on using PS curves created by Paul for the 1160. Those curves do not produce a very linear greyscale for the 980 and saturate at the black end. I have tweaked these curves roughly (by eye and by means of a flatbed scanner and VueScan in lieu of a densitometer). The results are still less than ideal. I was just wondering if anyone might have produced new curves that work better for me. Any help would be greatly valued. Cheers, Kiefer Elliott Vancouver, Canada
