Try www.digitalartsupply.com.  They may be willing to cut 17" rolls for you.
Otherwise you could buy 24" rolls and find a friend with a band or chop saw
and cut your own.  Just put a protector sheet of paper around the roll and
get a sharp fine tooth blade.
