MIS are already selling prefilled 7600/9600 compatible cartridges with
an "Epson eqivalent chip" installed. No chip resetter for the 7600/9600,
but they have one for the 2100/2200. Agree about the law though, in that
regard I'm glad I live in Europe where they're making the chips illegal
instead of protecting them.
