And I do have those covers\u2044 > Chris Either buy the acriylic EZ-plugs from a no-more-carts distributor for $15 (Actually, buy two sets since the plastic cracks under presense of the solvent in the old VM ink- don't know about PT or other new ink). This is the easiest method to install but more expensive and it falls apart. The diameter of the pins is smaller than the MIS rivit solution so it won't stress the rubber seal as much. Or just buy some MIS rivits for 2 cents each and plug the holes. Pry then out with your thumbnail or a dull screwdriver. Remember that over time the rivits will expand the seal a bit- they are bigger than the nipples of the printhead. The EZ-Plugs are the same size. I always kept the carts a little higher than the bottom of bottles. I put the carts in a ziploc bag but I do NOT seal it. This will save your carpet if you knock into it. And I stored the front end of carts down (side facing into printer). Jim H.
