There are now quite a few different solutions to printing B&W with the
new 7 ink Ultrachrome printers.  Most of the products only run on 
certain machines (Mac or Windows) with certain operating systems,
or only support some of the printers.

For Macs running OS X, QuadToneRIP will drive all of the Ultrachrome
printers, minimizing metamerism, and giving you a selectable warm to cool
tone grayscale.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
