With all this talk of which printing solution provides the most neutral, metamerism free monochrome print using color pigs, perhaps it would be worth mentioning that getting the image neutral out of the printer is only the first part of the task. The other is ensuring that it will maintain its neutrality with age. It would be great to know more about differential fade rates amongst the individual colors. Any significant departure of one vs. the others will likely colorshift the entire image. Anyone have any specific test results on this? With color pigs, that is.
