Digital BW, The Print

I set the density to 2.000 in the driver and suddenly everything worked
much better. A print of the Ink Pattern Page gives me values exactly
like the 1280 example file, and also LK values exactly like Carl's. The
curve immediately looked much smoother, and most of the posterization is
gone.

I have to wait for my densitometer to recharge, then I'll linearize a
warm and a cool curve and make further test prints before I can confirm
100% that everything works like it should.
