Michael,

I've made prints (2200 printer) on both letter size and super B size  
papers via QTR in Photoshop.  Is it just custom (user defined) paper  
sizes that you can't use?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
