One of the prime reasons Antonis and I set up this group was in hopes that this type of technical advance might be achieved by the users independent of the manufacturers. I don't have to tell you that your efforts are also in keeping with the entire spirit of the Linux endeavor. Right on!! Please share with us your "how to" as and when it is ready. I will definitely post it in the Files sections for all to read. Once you are able to print directly from Photoshop running in Windows to QuadTone running under Linux this will be the ideal solution for us non-Mac users. A much better choice than having to save the file and then open it on some used Mac to print. By now a lot of us should have old Win/Tel boxes sitting around that should be up to the task. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have an 1200GHz AMD with 1.5 GB RAM available to set up as a print server and you can talk me through it. I have never run Unix or Linux but spent a lot of time with DOS so a command line is not unfamiliar. Thanks, Martin Wesley http://www.borderless-photos.de/guests.html
