IMatch has my vote.  Very powerful data base that uses a unique 
category system.  It can handle raw files and just about any other 
file.  The support is excellent too.  Right up there with Qimage.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
