Qimage is better than PS on print facilities and has PS identical
curve control or it can use ICC profiles based on Paul's curves.

Picture Window Pro is throughout 48/16 bit + ICC compatible and
faster in editing photographs than PS.

No restriction to 24/8 bit or the limited colourmanagement that
Elements has.

Both are at a fraction of the cost of PS.
