In my experience they have been very good in dealing with problems by e-mail. You might also want to post your question to the IP yahoo list <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ImagePrint/messages/>. However, I have not seen reports of other people having this type of problem except Bob Frost, so it is possible that you may have done something in the installation process or subsequently to trigger this.
