Digital BW, The Print

I am comparing BO to the black I get with Ultrachrome using 
OPM. Both are on matte paper, EAM and German Etch.
The lack of black has nothing to do with the paper. So what am I 
doing wrong, since Clayton and others say you can get black 
using BO?
