Digital BW, The Print

Allan,

Weighing the options of running the dyes through first
in my virgin 1280 or starting with the final inkset
was a big question.  Most of the 1280's are pretty
robust machines direct from manufacture, as well as
calibrated so I just primed the machine with
piezotones.  I could not be happier with the results
as well as not having to clean the dyes out of the
machine before loading the quadtones.  I have not had
one clog or issue with this printer over the last 4
months.
