How much disk space do you have? It may fall back to not spooling if you're
running low. You might also see if you can figure out where it dumps spool
files (I expect somewhere under c:\windows\system32\spool) and make sure
nothing is interfering with this, such as a folder incorrectly marked
read-only, etc.
