>MIS, Piezotone and Septone make inks for these printers. I'm using the MIS Eboni black ink for my BO prints. Clayton After endless experiments with trying to get reasonable B/W prints using the 2100 I stumbled across your website and the article on Black only printing. Whilst I was at first quite sceptical I am now a believer! With the 2100's ability to print at 2880dpi I am getting really nice, full toned prints. On a resent UK print exchange a number of people commented on the quality I was achieving! At the moment I am using the Epson Matte Black ink on Epson Archival Matte Paper. This gives me a slightly warm print (similar to the old Record rapid). I am quite happy with this, but noticed you are using the MIS Ebony black ink for your BO prints. What would you say are the advantages with this method? Is it more neutral than the Epson? Do you use this ink for your colour prints as well? Any comments would be appreciated? To anyone in the UK: Where is the best place to buy MIS inks over here? Cheers Martin -- www.martinshakeshaft.com
