At the MIS website, the tool bar at the top, the drop down under MIS 
inksets, then down to B&W inks, and go from there. I sent an email to 
you concerning cleaning, but also try this:

click on clogging issues, the #9, the clog from hell
This should get you going.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
