I haven't acually done a replacement, but I took apart a 740 to get it 
working (I was mostly successful), and when I pulled what seemed 
to be all of the screw before things got really scary, I ended up 
pulling the guts of the printer off the waste pad. I would imagine that 
the 1160 is constructed in a similar way, so a little fiddling should get 
you easy access.
