Since you are not getting anything out of the Epson carts (and if the outlet seals are getting properly broken as Eileen mentioned) then you may need to deal with Epson customer support. If nothing is coming through on any channel or nozzle it if probably an electronic problem. If you are still within the one year warranty and if you call they will ship you a refurbished printer and you send the defective one back in the box the new one came in. I did this once and the new printer arrived within 24 hours. With the holiday you probably wouldn't get it until Monday or Tuesday but nothing to lose by calling them now and starting the process. These things always seem to happen when you have a deadline. When mine went I wound up going to the nearest CompUSA and paying full list for another one. Keep up posted on how it turns out. Martin
